Refunds and cancellation
Seven days free before the card is charged, cancel in one click, and no surprises on the invoice. Here is exactly how it works.

1. Seven days before anything is charged
Every paid plan starts with a seven-day trial. Your card is not charged on day one — it is charged on the eighth day, and only if you are still subscribed. Cancel at any point during those seven days and you pay nothing at all.
This is the guarantee, and it is deliberately the strongest part of this page: nobody should have to pay to find out whether Corolet does what they need.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not cut you off in the middle of something. You keep full access, and the credits already in your balance, until the end of the period you have paid for.
There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
3. Refunds after a charge
Once a billing period has been charged, we do not refund it. The reason is not a policy preference: every run you make spends real money on model providers at the moment it runs, and that spend cannot be recovered afterwards. The seven-day trial exists precisely so that this decision is made before any money moves.
The exception is us. If Corolet failed, if you were charged twice, if you were charged after cancelling, or if credits were taken for work that never ran — write to us and we will put it right, in credits or in money, whichever fits what went wrong. You do not need to argue the case; the ledger records every deduction, and we can read it.
4. Credit packs
Credits bought separately are not refundable, and in exchange they never expire. They stay in your account through cancellations, plan changes and quiet months, and they are only spent after your plan's monthly allowance has run out.
Credits included with a plan work the other way round: they are replaced each billing period and do not carry over.
5. What the price includes
The price you see is the price you pay. Tax is already inside it — there is no line added at the end of checkout, in any country. Prices are shown in your local currency where we can, converted by our payment provider at the rate applying when you pay.
6. Who takes the payment
Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record for every Corolet order. Polar handles the charge, the tax and the invoice, and their name — not ours — is what appears on your card statement.
A refund we agree to is issued through Polar, back to the card you paid with. If you cannot reach us, Polar's own buyer support can also act on an order.
7. Asking
One email, no form and no queue: billing@corolet.com. Tell us what happened and include the account email you subscribed with. We answer every billing message, including the ones where the answer is no.
