Terms of Service

Corolet lets you describe an outcome and have a team of AI agents plan it, do the work, and report back. You direct them; they act inside the workspace you set up and the connectors you authorise.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16. Keep your credentials to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at legal@corolet.com if you think someone else has got in.

The free plan is open to everyone and includes the monthly credits shown on the pricing page. No card is required and none is asked for.

Paid plans start with seven days free. Your card is charged on the eighth day, and then once each billing period until you cancel. The price you see already includes tax — nothing is added at the end of checkout, in any country.

Cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access and credits intact until the end of the period you have paid for. What happens to money already charged is set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Do not use Corolet to break the law, to attack or overload systems you do not own, to generate material that sexualises children, to impersonate a real person or organisation, to run mass unsolicited messaging, or to work around the usage limits of your plan.

We can suspend an account that is doing any of these, and we will tell you why.

This is the clause that matters most, so it is not buried: an agent acts because you told it to. When you connect a channel or an integration and let an agent send a message, write a file, publish a post or call an external API, those actions are yours — you are responsible for them the same way you would be if you had done them by hand.

Language models get things wrong. They state false things confidently. Review anything that leaves your workspace and matters, and do not put an agent in a position where a wrong answer causes harm you cannot undo.

Every model call runs on our accounts with the model providers. You do not bring an API key and you never receive a bill from anyone but us. Each plan includes credits every month, and work stops when they run out unless you buy more or the next month begins.

Credits included with a plan expire at the end of the billing period. Credits you buy separately do not expire, and your plan's monthly allowance is always spent first.

Your workspaces, agents, instructions, memory and output stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the service can run.

Corolet itself — the software, the interface and the name — stays ours.

Corolet is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and the free plan carries no service level commitment of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, Corolet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, on a free plan, is nothing.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account whenever you like. We can close an account that breaches these terms, and we will say why. If we stop offering the service, we will give notice and a way to export your data.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Corolet after that is how you accept them.

Corolet is operated by an individual based in Angola, trading as Corolet. There is no registered company behind it, and saying so is more useful to you than a name that sounds bigger than it is.

Payments are a separate matter. Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record for every Corolet order: they take the payment, charge and remit the tax, issue the invoice, and their name appears on your statement. Your payment contract for an order is with Polar, under Polar's buyer terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Angola. Nothing here removes a right the consumer law of your own country gives you and does not allow to be waived.
